I wish to reinstate my eligibility for the vocational rehabilitation and Employment program (vr6e). As Requested by Henry Cuellar, Congressman, Laredo, Tx, I have been certified and unable to attend because I am a victim, informant, and witness of several Terrorist Acts of Mass Destruction and was Subject of Domestic Human Experimentation and observation. Also, exposed to additional Bio Hazards similar to those hazards I was exposed to while on active duty and at a time of war and irregular war mandated by President Bush in the State of Texas without the approval of

Texans Invade D.C. During Spring Break   

 Students in Lytle sent letters and asked me to take a picture with a dinosaur to prove I received them. Here’s the proof.  

During Texas week, scores of families from 23rd District of Texas visited Washington, D.C. Many of them received staff led tours of the Capitol through the office.
