Private Security firms can use their current assets and employees to protect the privacy of everyday people from the hazards and abuse they have come to know and a good example is the 711 Corporation training program that can keep Texas private security firms from rolling snake eyes again.

711 corner stores , employees were required to go through one week training to understand the security systems and procedures that were first develop by the 711 Corporation and still in practice today.

They hired a bank robber on parole from a previous armed robbery conviction to train employees how to be an undesirable targets for gunpoint theft, which was rampant and the reason it was the only job available at the time.

Most importantly, is to find a way to use obsolete surveillance services as well as corporate assets for the better good and to make bigger profits than whatever was dreamed up before by watching the watchers, which is history repeating the winter of 1986 - Bush economic crisis winter 2014.

The great continental divide is between those that know and those that do not.

Hu said he told Obama that given a still struggling global economy both countries "need to oppose and reject protectionism in all its manifestations in an even stronger stand."

"We do not believe these principles are unique to America, but rather they are universal rights and that they should be available to all peoples, to all ethnic and religious minorities," Obama said in his only nationally televised remarks on the sensitive issue.

"Our relationship going forward will not be without disagreement or difficulty," Obama said. "But because of our cooperation, both the United States and China are more prosperous and secure."
