I disagree with the ACLU blaming something on the CIA they know nothing about or Do I. These issues are global and beyond our personal views of the small corners of the world in which we live.
Few if any can see the whole picture and the way things work for our protection and safety. This is our view in South Central Texas:
When you see something say something and I did and I will. Example: Federal Breaches and manipulation of data of factual statements made to the police and then on to the FBI, because they failed to respond to valid concerns because the data was FALSE. See airmans certification and State Department certificate just two examples out of hundreds such as my visit to the VA CB yesterday. None of records were updated correctly after receiving numerous threats that are extortion of entitlements to me!
Paul Ryan* calls them a benefit or a hand out! I know so because he was involved in hackathon and hit my blog with his digital fingerprint. See Google not me.
The CIA - If you're having trouble with defectors from the Ukraine who are actually Texas Governor Rick Perry’s Private Security firms, you might need the CIA one day!

My Action Was Not an Attack on Any Federal Agency It was The Right Thing to Do - Reporting by protocol to the appropriate State and Federal each and every time. There must be a systemic breakdown of data transfers and communications.

In this session, Congress will consider legislation on a variety of different subjects. I appreciate all of the input I get from the people of Texas' 23rd Congressional District. Hearing your thoughts and opinions on a variety of different subjects helps me to do my job.

Offering Solutions not Making Problems
When you see something say something and I did and I will.
