‘ISBN Data Corruption’ by persons or applications
Is a Crime Report it - Then Forget It
Literary Work: Anything you write on your own is a literary work

I hate to add labels to existing crimes but if Law
Enforcement does not give you a report number with the crime listed, then you
have to describe it in some way – ‘ISBN Data Corruption’ This case a duplicate
number
This Author may have been victimized too. Note the exact
IBSN numbers for two completely different literary works, which if a mistake - cannot
be corrected if you invested in the sale of the work in advance. Overtime the work loses its value if the
sales are slow or stopped by data manipulation.

This Book was published with advertisement dollars in
advance and customers waiting. If the
content is not to your liking is a moot notion of the facts that people do hack
ISBN Numbers. Like I stated I reported it and this is just one example.

The example Above is posted for those who need a sample to show
law enforcement.
